The guidance provided in this Advisory Note relates to groundwater monitoring process at the river basin and county levels. It covers monitoring in the broad sense and thus relates to data that is directly or indirectly linked to the groundwater system. Further, it includes ways that river basin and county level bureaus can enact this monitoring.
