Mr Moore is a senior manager within the Water & Environment Division of Mott MacDonald, with considerable responsibilities for staff and project management. He has over 30 years of experience in the area of water sector development and management in Asia, Africa, Latin America and the UK. Mr Moore has been responsible for the direction of numerous water resources management projects across the world and the project manager of several. He has extensive experience of the planning, the utilisation and control of water resources. Mr Moore is one of the senior staff in Mott MacDonald with extensive international experience in water resources issues and has been the corporate representative to the World Water Council. He has had considerable involvement in multi-disciplinary projects encompassing both surface water and groundwater development and also in the use of computer applications.
