Biog:    Dr. Larry Quinn has over 30 years of experience in research, engineering, and project management (including the use of systems and decision support techniques) for a wide variety of water-related and environmental/infrastructure projects. He is proficient in the application of many computer assisted modeling tools in the areas of water resources, water quality, air quality, waste management, and environmental noise. His project experience has included national programmatic planning for pollution control; water quality management from local to national levels; water resource planning; area wide assessments for clean water and wastewater; drainage design and floodplain delineation; stormwater quantity and quality design; solid waste management; and environmental assessments including a variety of media, assessment criteria, and regulatory processes. He has a unique background in industrial engineering and environmental engineering that facilitates an integrated approach to water quality and infrastructure planning.
